The Olympic Collection is proud to offer six beautiful ballrooms and two meeting rooms.
Our two largest ballrooms are the Grand Ballroom and the Regency Ballroom. If you are interested in a smaller venue, we offer the Versailles Ballroom, the Imperial Ballroom, the Century Ballroom and the Atrium Ballroom.
The Olympic Collection’s meeting rooms, the State Room and the Capitol Room, are used for non-social events such as conferences, board meetings, workshops, trainings, seminars, break-out rooms, and depositions.
The exquisite Grand Ballroom, our largest, includes the impressive grand foyer entry with its unique round crystal chandelier and a floor of inlaid marble. From the foyer, guests descend three steps to the spacious main ballroom area. The foyer separates from the main room when desired with a large motorized curtain and is perfect on its own for cocktail receptions, or it can be part of the main dining room area for larger groups. The Grand Ballroom can also be set up Theater Style. There is also a large outer terrace with tables and chairs for guests to relax in, as well as a separate coatroom.
The charming Regency Ballroom features its own inlaid marble foyer used for cocktail hours, pre-meal networking, boutique events, and for event sponsor and vendor displays. Inside the Regency Ballroom, the one-of-a-kind curved marble stage is both lovely and useful for many different client staging needs or wedding ceremonies. The Regency Ballroom accommodates from 100 to 400 guests, depending on style of setup desired.
The Regency Ballroom also includes a large open-air Garden Terrace surrounded by greenery. This terrace is perfect for wedding ceremonies as it feature a built-in gazebo that is easily decorated with flowers and is used by brides and grooms from
all religions and cultures. The terrace is also perfect for cocktail hour receptions, with room for appetizer stations, cocktail tables and chairs. It is well-lit for evening use, with overhead heat lamps included. There is a recessed area that is ideal for musicians or as a bar area as well. There is also a separate coat room.
The Versailles Ballroom, Imperial Ballroom, Century Ballroom and Atrium Ballroom are equally elegant for functions of between 40 to 250 guests, depending on the style of setup requested. The Century Ballroom includes an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs as part of its space. The Atrium room features windows and sliding glass doors for clients desiring natural light during their events.
The State Room and Capitol Room are ideal for smaller trainings, workshops, and board meetings, accommodating from 10 to 40 guests.
