With three A-rated kitchens on site, The Olympic Collection’s talented, highly experienced Executive Chefs and cooks delight in creating classic Continental/European cuisines such as French and Italian as well as a wide range of International specialties.
The Olympic Collection appreciates the cultural diversity that Los Angeles and Southern California has to offer, and aims to accommodate that palate. Our chefs are expert at crafting meals to please the Korean, Indian, Iranian, Israeli, Russian, Armenian, South African, Romanian, Mexican and Caribbean communities, to name just a few, and all with careful attention to authentic ingredients and preparation.
The chefs hail from Spain, France, Iran, Armenia, and Central and South America and as such they understand and know the small details that can differentiate one cuisine from another, giving each menu the genuine flavors that are requested.
The Olympic Collection has a separate on-site kosher kitchen under supervision from The Rabbinical Council of California, which is used exclusively for kosher events.
The Olympic Collection offers its catering services both at The Olympic Collection in its ballrooms as well as at “off-site” venues. Those off-sites venues often include: hotels, private residences, churches, temples, corporate offices, private clubs and many more.
Menus for sit down service and buffets at breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are offered. Appetizers can be served from “stations” or tray passed butler-style and there are appropriate menus for these as well. The Olympic Collection accommodates special dietary needs as requested by its guests.
